Yup, though the Cat IIB cut has its share of exclusive footage, alternate music cues, alternate editing, etc.

The description literally says it's uncut... 88 wouldn't say it's uncut if it wasn't.

Hi. Just to clarify some potential confusion, here's what's going on with both cuts, or so I assume.

First, the Cat III cut is included. It was released in Hong Kong back in the day on VHS/LD/VCD. The VHS and LD releases were uncut except for a two minute sequence where some softcore (?) porn is being shot. The initial VCD release cut kept that scene but cut violence and other bits out. 88 is presenting the full, uncut version for the first time on home video. (There were fan edits floating around earlier but obviously they were dodgy, assuming you could even find them.)

Second, there was a later Cat IIB re-edit that cut most, if not all, of the stuff cut from one version or another of the original Cat III releases while also moving things around, adding scenes, etc. I believe it was first released on DVD and VCD ~20 years ago. It's included here too since it is a unique edit with exclusive footage.

I hope this helps. (Also, I hope 88 was able to get their hands on a decent version of the alternate ending shown on mainland (!) TV. There's a rip floating around but it's not the best quality.)
