It is entertainment. If you are not being entertained turn the channel.
I'm the kind of person who's never believed the popular line of "it's just a movie". Every narrative has a message, and every storyteller has an agenda. Not all of them are bad, but they exist nonetheless. Neutral thought is the ultimate fiction.

This is all I can give, and then I will move on.

Fantastic Four: First Steps Has a Real Galactus Costume — Villain Isn’t Fully CG

Quote:
Matt Shakman confirmed Galactus serves as the main antagonist in The Fantastic Four: First Steps and revealed the team created the character differently than in previous adaptations. “I didn’t want to just use motion-capture for Galactus. I wanted to actually have someone there embodying the part,” he told Entertainment Weekly. The director then explained that the team built an entire costume for actor Ralph Ineson, who portrays Galactus in the film.

Say what you will but it did get a damn nice steelbook when it was released. I'll probably never watch it again but I'm glad I grabbed it.

Another plus, as long as it doesn't look out of place or extremely stupid.

Well, Galactus pretty much looks like a "regular" giant human being wearing otherworldly body armor. There's really no need to go the full CGI character route. Good call on their part.

People should revisit Dexter's Laboratory. You get a bigger kick out of em in this MCU era than back in the 90s. Jokes aged well.

I am just glad we are getting classic Galactus and not a space cloud.

Coincidentally, I literally was gonna post this. Then I realized this is probably not parodying Secret Wars at all, but another comic storyline from Marvel. Still kinda on topic since Monkey is parodying Ben Grimm in this, if I remember correctly.

The sequel improved her a little, but she still treated Reed with so much shame that he hid the Fantasticar, and when Johnny found out he used that as blackmail. When Sue found Reed at the party, she was pissed and then later pretended not to be, with that infuriating remark "My bachelorette party was better." Women who truly love their men are not supposed to play malicious heart or mind games.
Those scenes were just played for breezy laughs, chill out.

As for the Surfer, that's probably the most annoying change, but one major one usually doesn't turn me away from a whole film.
As someone who has the Kirby, Byrne, Waid and Hickman comic Omnibus’s, with the Hickman run being my favorite comic run of all time (after Miller’s DD run(s)), I can’t say that. But to each their own. At least you seem to be in touch a bit with reality (unlike a handful of others here).

Based on what I have see and knowing that they are supposedly taking influence from Kirby, the execution looks like something an AI image generator would spit out.

Having grown up in a family with several manipulative people of both sexes, I don't find any humor in it at all.
