I was thinking about this, too. I haven't heard anything, but there's a LOT that can go on in this film. Not sure where The Watcher would fit in.

Yeah, in the comic the Watcher was already established so they didn't need to explain him when he showed up in Galactus' first appearance. Guess it would be too much to have intro him in this as well.

What kind of canonization does "What If?" have? It's supposed to be all theoretical.

Regardless, The Watcher/Galactus has been part of the FF story since issue 13, so there's precedence for him being in the story. I have a theory as to where, but where was he during The Blip?
