I am a huge HIMYM fan and I can not WAIT! It was funny that all the girls last season for so far along in their pregnancy at the same time. I know they have had some time and will back right back at it, so you guys can see your Alyson Hannigan right back in the nice petite shape.

I am looking forward to some details about the mother being in his college class he is teaching and seeing the Barney and Robin story line come together.

That's a thread on HIMYM in general.

I can't believe all the Alyson Hannigan love. She's got zero sex appeal for me.

Still, can't wait for the show.

Hope it's much better than last season, which was by far the worst to date.

Her and Robin were both pregnant last year but I think shes definitely smoking in a different kind of way. She has just the kind of body I like and seems to get more and more attractive with age.

this is my absolute fav. show on tv right now!!!

the characters are great and i love the real life dialouge and actions of the characters!!!

makes me feel like i'm watching part of my own real life situations on tv!!

Robin used to be the token hottie for me, but the tides are a-changin... Lily is looking better and better to me.

On a side note, I mounted a couple of swords on my wall in the living room. Call it a tribute, or an idea stolen from the Mosby-Marshall apt. Problem is that most people, even if they've seen the show, don't make the connection. They think I'm some kind of weirdo that orders knives from old Billy Mays infomercials. Maybe I'll try to get a picture up here, but as HIMYM fans, would you guys think of the show if you saw a couple swords on the wall like that?

No, but what's the point of having two HIMYM threads. Sooner or later discussions are going to take place about previous seasons and how last season ended anyway.

Unless this thread is all about season five only, I think they should be merged.

Why would someone think you're a "weirdo" for having swords on your wall? Maybe it's just not common place up north like New York? I know tons of people who display swords simply because swords are not only weapons but works of art. I prefer katanas myself. But no, I would not automatically think of HIMYM just from seeing a pair of swords mounted on your wall. Maybe if you hung up a big "intervention" banner.

yup, can't wait for the new season to start.
quick question, any idea when season 4 will be released on home video?
i usually watch the prior season before the new season starts...just as a refresher

It'll be out on September 29th on DVD/Blu-Ray.

I actually COMPLETELY disagree with you. I though she looked better as Lily in Season one when she had more meat on her bones and was more curvy. I had a few moments of checking out her body, but the more she lost weight the more she lost that. Also, her hair went a bit darker, so it might be the fuller shaped, red hair thing for me.

It made me laugh a few times. Also, Alyson looked different. Better, but different. I dont know why.
