You can always hope but I think it's helpful to set your expectations based on evidence. Every Japanese MCU release (at least since Black Widow) has had a full English subtitle track as well as a Japanese subtitle track. What none of them have had is a separate subtitle track for just the non-English dialogue on the 3D disc but the 4K discs have apparently included this up until recently.

What changed? It might be a coincidence but the dropping of the subtitle track happened at the same time as the distribution switch that has stopped us all ordering from Amazon Japan directly. As that situation remains the same, so I imagine will the subtitle situation.
