Got those emails for months. Got three in a few days. My stuff is ported over. (minus losing some tom and jerry cartoons still broke on vudu. They said they don't have the sell rights to them anymore.)
Was getting confused why i'm getting them. |

I got that same e-mail! I thought it was a scam e-mail, but when hovering over the hyperlinks, they were all legit. I didn't click on any of them anyway and ignored the e-mail, since I also already merged.

I still get the reminder emails to move my account on the original email. Vudu has absolutely no record of that email. And the only difference between Vudu and FDN were 5 movies that were exclusives there and not MA. I've been dealing with this since LITERALLY the first day of the merger. They still can't find my original account or those movies. I've sent them screenshots of the receipts. It's a frustrating mess that usually takes up about an hour of my time every time I have to call them. Additionally, the person who insisted I change it initially says I should just get over it. That 5 movies isn't that big a deal. Unfortunately, I'm not made of money. |

After a really long time, Fandango@Home finally understood what I'm talking about about how the merge emails were not being sent.
Now for my 1st acct, I received "Click on the link below to confirm that you are the owner of the FandangoNOW Account: (my 1st acct) Once confirmed, you can log into Fandango at Home to merge your accounts or you can choose how to move your FandangoNOW account to Fandango at Home." After I clicked on it and logged in, I was never given an option on choosing how to move my acct, it automatically merged after about 3 mins of spinning. When I click on the link in the email again it says my acct has been claimed. Sooo... Does that mean I can enter my FN acct details (while logged into my F@H accts that were associated to the individual MA accts) to generate the individual merge email link and then log out and log into my main F@H acct before clicking on the merge email links to merge all the items that were in my extra FN accts into my main F@H acct? I had a bunch of FN accts due to T-Mobile Tuesdays promos limiting only to 1 code per acct and trying to consolidate my libraries for non-MA movies and TV shows that were on FN. |
