So let’s not act like it was some blink-and-miss unicorn release.

''oh my gosh it's gonna sell out oh noess...''

You got owned, Shops are literally restocking The Keep as well. This is what happens when a release isn’t actually limited to a fixed number, you fell for the fake scarcity hype.
Next time I suggest keeping your mouth shut
https://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.p...&postcount=228

Viavision even let customers know HOW MANY they had left after 1 year....a year!!! A full blown year
And even after they told everyone how many copies they had left, and even then it took them a few months to sell out after notifying everyone.
So you see when they do not specificy a number there is zero worry about it selling out, also again many retailers still have it for the same price.

Perhaps next time you should say ''Don't worry this will stay in stock for a year, and after that Viavision will notify you how many copies they have left, and after is finally sells out you can get it from other retailers worldwide for the same price.....so yeah''
They said they were only pressing the set once, and they only pressed the set once. They didn’t specify a number and neither did I, you are the only one who was ranting and spreading misinformation about how it was never going to sell out buddy. I’ll continue to say whatever I want

Saw a photo of this set earlier. Looks to be the same size as the TNES set, so rather large and not shelf friendly for most.

Lmfao 'misinformation'
I was right, they kept pressing it as long as it sells well, and then I said they will stop making them when sales slow down significantly, you forgot that part huh.
Same with THE KEEP, they will keep making em until sales are almost non existent, then retailers will still have plenty in stock and another year from now you can still get it for retail price!

''The Keep....oh my god The Keep is gonna sell out''

LMFAO!

Or gee, here’s a crazy idea, maybe they’re just pressing it once, just like they said. All they have to do is open pre-orders and then make an estimate on the selling potential based on the amount of pre-orders received and there’s their number for the pressing.

I really enjoy conversing with you, your responses always enlighten me with surprising facts that I had previously been oblivious to.

After looking at those photos, I’m really looking forward to getting this. Already ordered it from Brother Belial and just waiting for it to ship.

Any Aussie's want to chip in on their thoughts on this set? I've seen quite a few out there now on FB.

Man this movie is terrible. Just beyond terrible, I'm amazed people actually want to spend their hard earned cash on it. If I ever found it in my collection I'd probably park my car in the garage, close the door, run the engine and breathe it all in.

Hi all, its Stewart Buck here, co-director of the documentary A WWII F. Let me know your thoughts once you've digested all the content. We're very proud of this release.

There should NOT be any tariffs on BDs (or DVDs, or books, or vinyl records, etc). Tariffs on "informational materials" such as these are prohibited by the 1988 Berman Amendment to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) that Trump is using to implement these tariffs.

Tariffs on informational materials are prohibited even when the material is coming from countries that are otherwise under economic sanctions in the US.

Of course, these tariffs on low value personal shipments are just being implemented this week and the Customs Service employees on the ground could be unaware of the Berman Amendment or simply ignore it--as the government lately seems to do with any laws it doesn't like--but pre-recorded audio, visual, and computer disks of any sort should not be subject to any US border tariffs.

A music retailer I use says the same think audio and video is exempt.

However, they are charging an additional handling fee on US orders for the time needed to prepare the extra customs paperwork to demonstrate tariff free.

Mine arrived today and man is this thing a beast! It positively dwarfs my Columbia Classics collection. Where am I gonna store it?! Under the bed? Easily the biggest piece of media I've ever bought. I'm kinda intimidated by it to be honest, not least because The Keep's not even close to being one of my favorite movies LOL. But my is it a beauty. And even if the doc disappoints I can at least be assured no evil spirits are ever coming anywhere near my room with that sparkly, chunky-ass cross to protect me.

Sure wish I had a couple of free days to dive into it all but gonna have to proceed piecemeal, starting with the comic and culminating with the doc which I have very high hopes for. A hefty time commitment but good times ahead and we'll all come out with Ph.D.'s in The Keep. Only quibble is the print on the Fangoria article is too miniscule to read comfortably. Great pics though.

This set puts the 'physical' into media. It's really something else. Seriously impressive package from Imprint.
