ok guys im at work now and im dying to get this 5.1 thing going for the start of the nhl season tonight

i believe i have located a coaxial cable (looks just like an RCA but only has one yellow plug on each side)

i know ive asked this before but i just need some clarification...is there anyway to do HDMI-DVI for video and coaxial for 5.1 audio? or does it depend on the receiver? i know component can do 720p/1080i which is what tv is broadcast in, but i dont feel like going out to buy one and would like to get this done asap

so with that, whenever i go to my receivers menu, (from my recollection) it never lets me assign the audio for the following inputs: HDMI1, HDMI2 and BD. it will let me assign it for: TV, SAT

so does this mean i cant do a HDMI-DVI connection and use coaxial for audio with my receiver? or am i missing something? (for example, do i need to have the hdmi connection from the dvi into the receiver? is this why it wont let me assign it?

any help would be GREAT!
