Well maybe we should start a thread here if there is anyone that spots it in Canada.

If I see any I will definitely post it and which walmart.

Who know we may get it but Wal-mart Canada are a bunch of morons. so we will wait and see.

This is suppose to be a U.S exclusive, so if by some chance some walmarts get them, then im sure there will be no french on the cover

..... gonna pop it in now even though i have midterms to study for. If they get it here i will be super mad lol.

Just went the walmart in vaughan, they only have the regular blu-ray no imax

I am thinking of taking a drive to buffalo now don't know if they will have any left this weekend.

What's the difference? As far as the case is concerned, the IMAX one says "big screen edition" but the one without the IMAX scenes doesn't, right?

My understanding was that, if you bought the blu-ray from Walmart, it could only be the IMAX version, but is that not the case?

Walmart U.S. = Imax Version

Will Walmart USA being carrying the IMAX version as regular stock or is it a limited time offer?

I will be heading to Buffalo in late November and hope they will still have them in stock.

so stopped by my local walmart just to check and they dont have it, so i went to futureshop and got the steelbook, and the steelbook is frikkin sweet

yea i like cuz there is no french writing on it, like the original cover art, which is plastered with it, and jus straight up ugly, i hate how u pull of the slip cover and theres no info on the front or back

Got mine from Future Shop today...Why the BLEEP dont they just put the BluRay right in the Steelbook instead of separete??...Unless its limited...

Went to Wal-Mart and bought the BD today but realized that they don't have the Big Screen Edition with the IMAX footage. Bummer. Will have to return it and have a friend pick it up in USA sometime. And yes, the Future Shop did have the Steelbook.

the walmart usa big screen edition i picked up from buffalos walmart yesterday does not actually say "big screen edition" on it. it has a walmart sticker on the front that says "big screen edition" but not on that actual case. its a black case featuring optimus face. it does however say big screen edition on the blu-ray disc itself.

Production problems. Paramount couldn't get them the images for the steelbook fast enough to have everything ready for launch. Ian mentioned it would have been delayed a week if they went that route which wouldn't be right considering Transformers 2 gets released world wide one day while FS has to wait a week to sell them.
