I know! Sometimes, the image seems so transparent in a way, with artifacts, and the sound can range from being muffled to being ear-shatteringly loud. And it's so expensive.

What I want to know is, why are we still watching movies projected on celluloid films on a projection screen? This is like 100-year-old technology now. Shouldn't we be watching movies on a gigantic wall-sized LED screen or something?

Just wondering.
