Multichannel, lossless PCM is what TrueHD is after it has been decoded by the PS3, or is the other audio track on a BD. For some studios, like Sony, they have included both TrueHD and PCM because they want to start utilizing it and also because the PCM tracks are usually 16-bit (to save space) while the TrueHD is 24-bit.
