COMPARED TO BLU-RAY..thats exactly what HD DVD deserves for not sticking with the 1080p market line. Blu-Ray has Stuck to that 1080p Market line, just think if Blu-Ray would have put out a 1080i. the price of 1080i players would have been in the same low ball priceing of HD DVD yes it would have been a little more but not by much. but i am glad THE BDA stuck to the 1080p players ![]() |

i think the price point shows how much toshiba are not making/subsidising the 1080i tightwad player. HD DVD - the Look and Sound of very low profit margins... |
