Stupid question, what system was the game written for, and are the others simply ports?

I.e. is this going to be a wicked cool game on the PS3, or simply a warmed over port of a game written for the graphics capabilities of a Wii or a PSP?

360 gets ported to PS3 most often. Developers are too damn lazy to unlock the PS3 power. But there will never be a Wii port to a PS3. The wii blows, I know because I have one. But more than likely is was written for 360 and PS3 by a team. And then written for ps2, wii, etc. by another team of developers. They usually have a team for next gen and a team for last gen.

I have a Wii as well, which is why it would litterally break my heart to see Wii graphics comming out of my PS3. its a shame that developers are too lazy to write for the cell, and then port to the weaker machines

I hate my Wii, minus RE:4. I had to send it in for replacement already, cause it broke. Now the new one's broke. They sent me a new power adapter this time, so hopefully that is the problem.

I didn't think the Ratchet demo was confirmed for tomorrow. Hopefully that link is correct. Wow this may just be the best week on PSN yet! (Except maybe Warhawk release week)

I agree, but give it time.

There are a few who've got it right. Team Ninja developed Ninja Gaiden Sigma on the PS3 first, with the new Ninja Gaiden game on Xbox (presumably using the same engine ported over) to follow.
