Default Can Not Play Galápagos! Out Of Range

This is NOT a MOVIE issue. This is a hardware issue. Not sure what or why, but this is the only movie I can not play. It plays, but the monitor just shows OUT OF RANGE - and blah blah. I hear the audio and the only thing that plays is the BBC Video mini movie thing. After that, no menu, no nothing. I can blindly start the movie but I don't see it on the screen.

The Day After Tomorrow had this issue before the menu. It would say out of range on the previews. However the menu and the movie played just fine.

Is it something I just have to live with? I have my PS3 hooked up to my dell 2407HC panel. All other movies I have never had an issue with until now.

I am watching Sleeppy Hollow and did not get any out of range issues.

Is it something with the film that I am missing?

THanks!

Ok Galápagos is in 1080i60 (the cover says 1080P but it's 1080i60) (which is converted from a 1080 25/50 source)

Playing it on my PS3 (firmware 1.90) with no problem. In 1080i60

Your 1200 x 1920 panel doesn't accept 1080i60 through a DVI connection but does through the component video input. You could try that.

No, I'm just pointing out how it's spelled.

Firmware, not Filmware.
