I have to agree that distribution directly to the home via online as the "IT" standard to get your movie "ON" is a long way away, however, i still think the tangible object is headed on the way out.

Which in a way...sucks. I use to enjoy going to my local "WHEREHOUSE" music store(Now when i want music i go to youtube and it solves that) I use to enjoy reading both my local news papers(Now they both are awful. Well, at least they still have "Pearls before swine" and "LIO" lol)

Also, my not-so local walmart where i go to, that has a Mcdonald's inside... just right after i order some fries for my dad, slightly burnt...i'll dash over to the movie aisles and see what's out even though i already know but i got to get my fingertip fix...i was noticing the aisles have been shrinking. I was, like, "Aww, man!!! Not here, too!!!"

I guess you could say i hate change, lol.

Well, that's my vent. I feel better now, lol.

That's a solution to those who don't care about quality...... fortunately there are enough discerning consumers to keep physical media alive for a long time.
