IMO movies like this aint meant to have awesome and clear PQ as it was "a home video". Plus this was shot using a home digital camcorder and not like Cloverfield where bits of it used a proper movie cam.

It, obviously, wont be. Don't expect the Blu-ray version to look any better that the DVD.
