This is a pretty subjective question, I know, maybe it's a vehicle or a blast or a weapon, whatever it is feel free to leave your opinions!

Some of mine are:

The Tri-pod's in War of the Worlds (2005)

The Pod racers' engines in The Phantom Menace

The big 'collector/harvester' robot machine in Terminator Salvation

and the one used in the opening scenes when optimus is talking and the title shows itself.

I love the difference between Sebulba's and Anakin's. That kind of rhythmic pulsating versus that kind of motorcycle sound of Anakin's. The best example is when they both come out of the canyon, first Sebulba, then Anakin. Near the end of lap three, maybe? Can't remember.

It's that time of the year already, YIKES! Always sounds like singer in those commercials has a major stuttering problem!

the bass sweep in Transformers lol

no seriously my all time favorite ear candy noise is from STAR TREK (2009) with pretty much any noise the Enterprise makes, favorite being when it pulls out of warp for the first time and does a barrel roll
