Not entirely true. There are a couple of variations on the standard single and double cases with slight differences. Anyone who has bought a replacement case of the wrong variety can tell you that, the cover insert does not always fit in these cases. The difference is small, but it is there.

Personally, I don't like really out there packaging unless it is something I can display on a shelf, in these cases I put the cool loking package on a shelf to display and put the discs in alternative cases in my storage racks for easy access. My preferance would be first for a ton more steelbooks and somemore WB digibooks with standard versions offered at the same time or slightly later for those who don't like the non-standard packaging.

I also think eco cases should be banned, particularly those like the Wolverine case that actually have cutouts behind the area where a disc is held. I am all for being more green, but not at the cost of endangering the integrity of my movie storage. If they can come up with a form of eco case that doesn't make it easier to damage the case or discs, I'm all for it, but until then, I'll just replace those cases with ones that are more substantial.

Chris
