somebody else noticed this also.
at this point with Sony who knows. they have become extremely disappointing lately regarding catalog classics. also: they seem to delay stuff at the very last second. Frankly, after releasing some good classics--like "A Passage To India" they seem to have completely faded big-time.  I mean what ever happened to "On the Waterfront", "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" "Bridge On The River Kwai" etc. etc.? real shame they can't step it up like Warner when they have so many great films to choose from--especially the Columbia catalog. |
