Default Which Gladiator steel should I open ?

I have 2 Gladiator steels, one white cover Italian version, one mask cover UK version. I do open some of my steels to view and was wondering which I should open and which I should keep sealed. If you have any reasoning behind your choice, please share your opinion.

None.
Get the Sapphire Edition to watch, they all have the same crappy video transfer anyway.

Figures you of all would say that , but I will open one, just not sure which, I kinda like the mask version for it's difference, but the other is from Italy and maybe a little harder to get. Decisions, decisions

If you have to open one go for the UK, italian steels are always harder to find.

Hmm if this is OOS then it might be getting hard to find. But I'm not buying the amaray so it's either one of them. I'm sure the Italian will also be OOS soon, darn decisions I still have another week or so before my italian gets here so I guess more time to think about it.

Thanks for all your help guys, even though I'm more confused now than before

taiwan one is best, imo. All english, shiny sword and sheild/russel crowe, w/ slip cover and inside artwork , region free and languages for like every country, its insane. (others probably have the languages too but just thought i'd mention)

Agreed. Best combo is the Taiwanese and English one IMO. Both have beautiful, clean artwork.

I prefer the Thailand version without the Non-english characters on the slipcover.

Its all English too.

The Thailand version doesn't have a slip cover. The Taiwanese is identical, with an additional slip cover (basically, it's their way of adding the Taiwanese on there). Same thing for all the Taiwanese releases.

Yup. I meant the cover is without any Non-English characters (the Taiwanese one has a that). I don't really like bilingual or non engilsh covers/slip covers.

Since I won't be opening mine I prefer looking at the white shield cover art as opposed to the mask version of Gladiator.

Yeah, I must have misunderstood your post. I guess you meant you liked having something all-English under the shrink wrap to display eh.
