I, too, would like a price drop!! I like to get a bit more bang for my buck. I usually get that with TV on DVD and/or Blu.....plus I've seen the whole series....thank you AMC on-demand through Comcast......No, I'm not sure I actually mean to be thanking Comcast....I usually wouldn't.

This is TOO funny....to me anyway.

I saw this topic, jumped onto Amazon to check the prices....was displeased to find season 1 being sold for the same price as 2, since the episode count is about half....

But look, I've already whined about that. Silly me....figured the numbers again and everything

season 1: $4.43/episode
season 2: $2.38/episode

When I pre-ordered them the first season was $27.99. Not that much of a difference, but at least it's something.

Great to see both seasons get a 5/5 rating btw, this show certainly deserves it!

In my opinion this is one of, if not THE best TV show on right now. And yes, I watch Dexter too. I have seen all of The Soprano's and Sons of Anarchy also. This blows them all away. I'm pretty confident that if you are a fan of any of the shows I just mentioned you won't be disappointed in the least bit.

Yeah, if it's region A locked, it would be "crazy" ! Because it's noted ABC by Sony ... so after Nurse Jackied (noted ABC but A only), now this ?

That looks pretty compressed to me. Pretty sure it's the fault of the png, though. Or it could be from a BD-rip to mkv?

so any news on season 4 blu-ray now that s4 has ended? is it going to get walking dead treatment? (both by AMC) that it came out a month later after season 1 ended.

I would be totally shocked if that were the case! I suspect it will be a little later than 1 month. I'm not even confident S4 would be ready for this Christmas shopping season...but you never know! Here's to hoping!

Edit: I'm already looking forward to S5, the final season! I believe it will be longer at 16 episodes!

Different studios so no. Likely it will come out the month before season 5 starts. Maybe even a couple months if they want to give people the chance to watch them all before it ends

Yeah, this will absolutely not be out until next summer. The new season begins airing in July 2012.

where did u hear its gonna be longer than 16 episodes? damn thats really long!

You didn't pay attention to what I said: I said it will be longer AT 16 episodes as the first 4 seasons were all 13 episodes.
