Agreed. I don't know if $299 constitutes a fortune, but it works well with slideshows if you're willing to part with the cash. You can also create your own wallpaper background for your TV.

Agree with this. I helped set a friends computer up for his parents wedding anniversary. Everyone was really impressed with the show. I can't remember the program we used, but it had all kinds of options for music, transfers between pics and even titles.
