A Perfect Getaway U.S. vs Canada? Is the quality the same? Is one version better than the other?

They're the same....not just similar, but it's the same disc. If you search my posts, I asked this same question a couple weeks ago. I've watched my disc and can confirm it's the same exact disc!

I'm guessing you ordered from INETVIDEO and they sent you the Alliance version? They did that to me.

I'm guessing your talking about the quality of the disk, I haven't watched mine yet but I loved the movie when I saw it in the cinema.

I asked about the difference in quality when I relised it was the Canada version because I was advised not to buy the Canada versions of the Blade movies and wait on U.S. releases because the Canada versions were in the wrong aspect ratio.

The specs on this site list the Canadian release using the AVC codec at 22.000 kbps, while the American release features the VC-1 codec at an unknown bitrate at this moment. It appear the CA release might be a port of the UK as they share the same Mbps. That or someone submitted incorrect specs?
