Nothing. Too much commercials to waste precious lamp life, and also I can't afford cable or satellite television.

plenty of good stuff on HULU. That's how i catch lost and Parks&Rec. Watch on your schedule, and minimal commercials (maybe 5 minutes per episode in total).
