After quickly reviewing my bank statement, it appears as though they have refunded me too much. I'll give it a couple of days before I notify them, since they might fix it on their own. I have one refund of $28.49 and several at $5.85. They actually should only be refunding me for 3 movies that they couldn't ship me because they were no longer in stock. By my calculations, the refund should be $17.09 with tax factored in.

They needed to refund me $10.48, instead they refunded me 5 times for $41.94. Essentially giving me $210. I contacted them after the money was in my account for 3 days. The still have not given me a resolution. That was on 2/19. Good Luck!

Thanks, XXXsdesdeXXX, for getting this going in its new home!

Whether or not you want to bother updating it is up to you, but just wanted to remind you that if by some miracle things pick up again and new titles show, you're the only one who can add them to the list. I don't know if anyone ever even used it anyway.

I can update it. If you want, you can send me private messages with the new titles and I can add them.

They are things that will never be on Blu-ray or wouldn't make much difference if they did. Stuff like Nosferatu, Ministry (band) videos, and obscure J-Horror.

Ok, but how about my other question then, why are you deleting them?

I noticed that since what ever was going on yesterday with the site, I now no longer have any previous orders under my account anymore. Maybe they're cleaning house in anticipation of a major update? haha

Strange. Maybe I'm the only one? This is just like last time when everything reset before the big update. It appears my whole account info is gone...no addresses, orders, anything, just my email address and password were still there.

My info is gone as well. I can still login but no order history, address, etc. is there.

Don't know if this means anything but just thought I'd chime in.

I have a favor to ask of my fellow HWV Refreshing addicts:

At this point it would seem the HWV Trading thread is not going to be separated back out (for those who missed it, it got merged with my personal trade thread, I'm assuming because they considered it as me having two). So now all those extra posts are just clogging up my own personal trade thread.

If anyone who posted in the old HWV thread could go to my trade thread and delete any posts you had made, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Who knows if it's really a blu-ray, but they have added 100 Years Under The Sea: Shipwrecks of the Carribean [Blu-ray] The price is $4.99 and it's the only new blu-ray I have seen.

My order history is gone as well, but last time they actually deleted all the accounts and people had to sign up for new ones; this is some what different.

I think the DVD selection has been changing. The BDs have stayed the same.
