I just started collecting original movie posters. Waiting for the shipment then i will post em. So far i got jason takes manhattan cause im from manhattan i just had to get it lol. Next one is terminator 2, post your photos of your posters.

Yeah posters are awesome, the problem is i want alot of them and they are not cheap. I want a taxi driver one so badly lol.

I have to get a better camera with a better/faster lens but I do have some of my ORIGINAL movie posters posted. Not the most valuable nor the oldest ones are posted because I own the original ALIEN pre-release poster (which is worth several thousand), an original JAWS (worth a lot too) and my oldest poster is the 1943 BATAAN! Will have to correct that because for the last year I've been focused on adding expensive ALIEN/SPECIES/GiGER statues to my collection. Still, I've always thought that collecting motion picture art can be a good investment (beside being fun).

I was able to hit up Posters.com sale for all 4 of my posters the total came to $18..

Then I purchased the frames from Michaels 50% off sale so $30 each for a grand total of $138 for 4 framed posters.. considering ordering framed would have been $140 PER POSTER.... F THAT

I have an original theater poster of Jaws 2, I believe it's style B. It has two sharks and says, One Good Bite Deserves Another......it's a guge poster and was given to me my the manager of the theater back in 1978. I was only 9 at the time....

Love those Roger Rabbit posters! I see you also have a fair collection of classic Disney Treasure sets and Looney Tunes. Those are some of my favorites, too.

I don't have pictures of mine. The last few times I've tried to upload pictures I had problems and haven't managed to figure it out yet.

I have original posters for Rocky Horror, Earth Girls Are Easy and Wall-E so far but I just ordered an Incredibles poster using points from DisneyMovieRewards that I got with the Toy Story Blus.

All mine are 27x40 roughly. My mom gifted me some frames otherwise I would have never started collecting them. When the Incredibles poster shows up I should be all out of frames.

I started collecting hi-rez Movie Poster images and have about 450 so far all of movies I own (mostly Blu Rays but many others as well.) The images look great on my Projector and also on a monitor.

Is this the one your ordered....this poster was eventually pulled from theatres because Paramount did not have permission to use the I Love NY logo, plus I think they did not like the fact that the poster featured a fictional serial killer.

I own that one. Instead of a coming Soon on the bottom it has a sticker over it with-July 28th in Theaters Everywhere. I have a picture my posters in my Gallery. Most of my newer poster are from my job at a theater.

I have a bunch of Star Wars posters, both Official release posters and Teaser posters from Lucasarts. But my favorite has got to be my "Revenge of the Jedi" poster. Extremely rare, and looks amazing!!

I understand the concern. There's too many non-fictional serial killers in New York that go unnoticed.
