Do you mean a digital high resolution camera as opposed to a 35mm film camera since film is High Def ?

If answer yes, 7 that quickly came to mind : Click, Superman Returns, Corpse Bride, Sin City, Return of The Sith, Spy Games, Attack Of The Clones. The last two were done with cameras with only 1440 width resolution instead of 1920.
