Flicker on New plasma with PS3 home screen?

I just last week picked up a Samsung PN58B550 58" Plasma. I noticed when I'm on my PS3 home screen that it sort of has a flicker that catches. It seems like things are very sharp and smooth looking then all of a sudden I see a bunch of noise and it "catches" itself and goes back to being smooth without the little digital dots I see then it repeats this.
