well i canceled my canada order and pulled the trigger on the uk set the total to the US was $140.86

based on what is being said.. seems like ordering from UK would be better. i like their cases vs the digipacks.

true.. but i already own it on dvd and can live without the upgrade for a cheaper price... anybody know what 'The Plan' is btw? like where it fits into the series?

This is true and mentioned earlier in this thread...definitely not a deal breaker for me. Looking forward to the UK set when it arrives.

THE plan you dont really need at all.it just shows some key points from the cylon view.it wasnt that great i was really ticked off by it

no prob! and cardman it has been at this price since at least jan which is not bad.and its actually cheeper than what it shows (we dont have to pay vat) so mine total was 140.xx shipped and should be here by next wed.i dont think we will see it anywhere cheeper than that.

thanks. dam... all of you are such bad influences on me. i threw in the towel and placed my order. should be here within a week or so.

p.s- i also noticed in browsing the site.. the uk version is said to have VC-1 transfer codec whereas the US version is MGPEG4-AVC. im assuming this is just a mis-print, but can anybody who actually ordered the UK version confirm?

just got my BSG Complete series from amazon.uk Took about 10 days and cost me $170 (after import duties etc) so exactly the same as ordering from amazon.ca for $150+txs. except i get the nice cases and not the digipacks.

no it did not, but i knew that when i placed the order. i didnt need it anyways as i already own and it does not influence the series at all nor is it something id watch again.
