Is PSN down for anyone else? everytime i try to log in it tells me it's not available in my country? any ideas

what, you dont know about second leap year??? every four years we add a day in between april 5th and 6th, its called april fixth, i thought this was pretty much general knowledge? geez man, get off psn occasionally and watch TV or something
