yes its a official site for the BDA ..and if you go to blu-raydisc.com as of sept 2007

the board of directors has not changed and guess what :

Blu-ray Disc Read-Only Content Participant Agreement- OR OTHER WISE KNOW AS THE CPA

Agreement Term.....5 years
Note: The above fee should be paid annually for each year starting from March.

Warner Bros. already paid for it...

AND as for Disney you need to ask where is Disney.....?..
