Do you replace Blu-ray amaray cases?

I replace broken cases (and possibly others that are simply scratched, dirty, or anything) whenever possible.

I've started replacing the thick UK cases with thinner ones. Have to trim off a millimeter of the artwork though.

I'll group certain movies together whenever possible (such as sticking both "District 13" movies on one two-disc case; artwork shows on both sides).

I'll use multi-disc cases to hold Blu-Rays and DVDs together if I have both (very common for movies that have more extras on DVD than on BD. If I'm using a huge amound of discs (like I have 5 discs for "T2," 4 DVDs and 1 BD) then I'll use a 5-disc case and make new artwork (I plan to anyway!)).
