Fun Movie. as long as you don't take it too seriously you'll enjoy it.
I haven't seen too many films this year, but this and Iron Man 2 are my favorites so far. The rest were disappointing for me

Yeah it's a cool movie. I didn't know anything about the comics, so I don't know how true to them the movie was, but I liked it a lot. It's a solid, fun action movie.

Hey...so whats the scoop on Before Sunrise/Sunset? When are those slated?
jhiggy isn't the only one that hasn't seen Hard Candy and probably should see it sooner than later. I became a fan of Ellen's after I watched Juno for the first time, but for some reason I still haven't gotten around to seeing Hard Candy. I might as well just give up on seeing it in HD and just rent it on DVD.

After hearing TDK was number one for a while on IMDB and looking at the statistics i laugh, I understand everyone isnt gonna love the same movie but the TDK would definitely be in the top 10 if countless people did go rate the movie a 1. Thats so sad and childish, any blind man knows this movie isnt a 1. My point is that i do believe Inception is going to fall in this category. Great movie hated on by people that cant see straight.

I wouldn't mind doing that just to keep the crazies in check

It has no business being in the top 1000 after only four days. Let's be honest here.

Why not, have you ever heard of an instant classic?!?!?!?. During Kill Bill's Release people were screaming classic, and look its a modern classic!

Im not a big Dark Knight fan but i knw if you took a world vote on the best movie ever made, it would surely be up in the top 10. WORLD VOTE!

Wow. haha first, I was joking. I would never give a movie a low rating out of spite. When I see Inception, I'll give it the rating I think it deserves. However, I can see how some ppl that really know movies and really love the classics would be pissed that a movie is in the top 3 after four days. Blade Runner and 2001, two all time classics, weren't considered so for YEARS.

Instant classic is a meaningless phrase. Classic implies time has passed and something is viewed favorably. Kill Bill is most certainly NOT a classic. Not even remotely. Not even a smidge. It's not even in the top 1000 movies of all-time according to They Shoot Pictures, the most authoritative ratings system there is. In fact, it's only 92 on the top 200 films of the 2000s.

http://www.theyshootpictures.com/21s...ilms51-100.htm

Number 92. Even Borat beats it. It is not and probably will not ever be considered a classic. Then again, who really knows what will and will not be considered a classic in the future.

Your second sentence is absolutely baffling, I'm sorry. I don't mean to be a jerk, but are you joking? If I took a world vote, TDK would be in the top 10??? Am I taking a vote of teenagers? It wouldn't even be in the top 100 if you took a vote from every person in the world. Why? Because it's a good but not great film. The hype as worn off and ppl are starting to realize that gradually. What films would definitely make the top 10? Citizen Kane and The Godfather, for sure. Not TDK. Not even close.

Im just being honest, TDK will forever be remembered as the best batman movie EVER. Everyone cant get into the movies you think are great. What makes a movie great "THE PEOPLE" not a "SPECIAL Club or Group"

Exactly. Best Batman movie ever and top 10 best movie ever are so incredibly different that it's unbelievable. They're not remotely the same. I don't pretend everyone likes the movies I do. However, I'm simply pointing out that no way in hell would TDK come close to being a top 10 film of all-time if everyone was polled.

2001 A space odessey was the most boring movie i've EVER seen, but i still gave it allot of credit for it originality. The d8mn movie was made in the late 60's and from what i saw it was way before its time. But on another note it took me 3 days to watch it. I feel asleep every single time.

I will always have it in my collection just because i believe that movie was a landmark for many other movies to follow.

Considering all of the credibility you give that list, I'm surprised you haven't given A Serious Man a legitimate chance considering it's right next to your most adored film!

Nice, I'm very excited for this movie, I've never heard of it before and I have no idea what to expect, I've avoided details too. I'm not setting my expectations too high for this one despite the excitement, but I'm sure it will have some quality to it.

It better deliver

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Movie 4.5/5

Wow this movie was pretty d8mn cool. I see why so many people talk about this classic western. My dad told me to watch it and he's about to be 70 years old!!. Besides that this movie will have you at the edge of your seat during some scenes. Very Suspenseful and the director touched every aspect when it come to the flow of the movie. The acting was seriously great too. Especially from "The Bad" Character. This was a blind buy and i enjoyed it, the Soundtrack is EPIC. I know see where Quentin Tarantino picked up some of his styles. One flaw, (this movie was long as H3LLLLLL) but thats it lol.

Bottom Line: Classic Western, Worth the Buy, Highly Recommended.
