The Digital Bits posted that the new discs were already in the works and should be in stores in a few weeks, with some unknown-as-of-yet visual marking to distinguish the new transfer.

Odds are it'll work like the Technicolor-run exchange program for SPR: (a) They send you a mailer, (b) you return the complete movie in the mailer, (c) once they get it they'll mail you the new copy. As long as it's been out, I doubt we'll see store-level exchanges like they had for SPR (though I could be wrong). |

Alright I just tried calling the new revised number. This time a woman named Jeane answered by saying "this is Jeane" and nothing else. I told her I was calling for the Gladiator exchange program and she told me I have the wrong number. Now I have checked, rechecked and rechecked again and the number I am dialing is 323-956-3010. Is that not the right number?

Weird... I'm not sure I should call back since "Jeane" didn't sound too happy with me calling in the first place. I'd hate to call back and have her answer even more annoyed than the first time.
