yes i would second the J Michael Straczynski run, it appears theyve taken some influence from this for the film.
and also the Marvel Visionaries Walter Simonson Thor collections, to me and probably many other the definitive version of Thor.

Also Ages of Thunder, didn't that influence the movie?

no idea, never read it. in all my years reading comics ive never really read that much Thor.

three of my favorite Thor issues. The third one was really good...and it led to the Eric Masterson as Thor era, which was both lame and cool, in a weird way. Kinda stopped reading the comic after the real Thor came back, but those 80's/early 90's issues were pretty good.

That would be an extremely rough cut of the film lol. I would still kill to watch it though.

Well since i cant upload the trailer to youtube i had to make a storyboard for the Thor fans, its not much but its the best that i can do.

Sorry about the black pics, the trailer has alot of fadeouts.

Grateful for being able to watch it, but does the guy really have to talk all the way through it? I'm guessing with Coulson in the desert with Destroyer, and in Iron Man 2 finding Thor's hammer in a desert, this is the scene where it happens. Must admit that the trailer didn't hype me up that much bar the Destroyer scene, but maybe that's the quality, not helped by the dude not shutting up.

you all know what a big Thor fan I am, i'll be carrying this to the opening of the movie!

hey, it was less than $20.oo at Amazon, I couldn't resist! it now goes with all of the rest of my Thor collection of goodies!

they had a really good one, special made but they wanted almost $700.00 for that, this one will do just fine.

can't wait for opening night, sent these pictures to my daughter in college and she said cool, she wants to go to opening night with her ol' man!

guess i raised her right!
