Same here, although I went ahead and deleted the first one and put the remastered under Ordered. Man I can't wait.

I returned the one I got last year to walmart today and exchanged it for the remastered version. Much better than shipping back to paramount myself and waiting (since that's what walmart will be doing anyways)

Wish I would've just returned it to the store. Didn't think I could because I didn't have the receipt. Guess I know now for next time.

yeah, me 2, I just said I had the old defective recalled version and they swapped over without blinking, just did a no receipt exchange

The packaging and UPC are exactly the same, except on the new version it does not say "2 Disc Set" on the bottom right corner on the back.

Got a call yesterday from Paramount Home Entertainment regarding my Gladiator replacement email. I sent the email on 7/26, so that's about 2 weeks for a response.

I'm hoping that my copy from Amazon is the remastered version (like they assured me

), so I won't need to participate in the exchange. I'll find out tomorrow.

I don't live in the GTA area but I am not too far from there and I haven't seen any remastered copies at our local Future Shop or Best Buy. I have also checked Amazon.ca and they don't seem to be carrying it at the moment.
