Mailed mine on 8/7 and they rec'd on 8/9, but as of yet have not recieved any replacement. Should I call the orig number to find out info or is there another number to call? Thanks for your help. Oh, by the way, I live in Fla.

I have a feeling after awhile, Paramount will give the run around to those who haven't received their disc. Seems like the whole "we will call you back in 48 hours is a crock."

I called FedEx a few days ago asking if a package was coming to my address. They said there was no package coming. The next day I received my replacement even though they specifically told me nothing was coming. I have a feeling the guy at FedEx was lying to protect against theft. I've skimmed through here and haven't noticed anyone from Canada so I just thought I'd mention that I sent mine off from Victoria about 3 weeks ago and got the replacement this morning. I can't be specific on when I sent it because I honestly thought it would be over a month or never. I never did get confirmation that they were doing the program up here, but I just took my chances and it worked out fine.

That's what I would have done had I not jumped so quickly to mail mine out. Gone to BB, bought a new/fixed copy, took the old one I bought from them but never opened back a few days later for the refund. (Making sure the barcodes were the same, which they should be.)

But it was only a few weeks (more) of waiting for a fixed version of Gladiator to surface and for me to get one. And I for sure have the new one.

I rather pay the extra amount just to make sure my disc gets there intact. I've had problems with USPS before where I couldn't track something. I did the same thing you did, I had a big yellow envelope laying around and I cut it and folded it to the size of the disc, mine looked like a boxed enveloped. By the way I used First Class so that alone was $1.22 (First Class processes way quicker) so according to the receipt it gets there by Friday, I live all the way in FL.

I've been posting for awhile. I'm in Ontario and it's been 13 working days now with no signs of a disc.

I'm in Mississauga, Ontario & have yet to recieve mine either. I sent it on the 2nd of August.

I went ahead and mailed it out. Shouldn't take that long, since im also in California.

*update* just got my disc. came FedEx

i shipped my defective disc back on Aug 5th and Deluxe shipped out the replacement to me on Aug 20th and i just got it about 5:50 from FedEx came to door to deliver it today (Aug 25th)

i live around the Greensboro, N.C. area for people around that area wondering where their disc are. i hope everyone receives their disc ASAP! Goodluck to all!

I received my replacement copy today (in Houston, TX). Sent it out on August 13th so it took less than 2 weeks for me.
