Yes, there are two different numbers on the same disc. I called the Paramount exchange number, talked to two different people and, of course, they had no idea. Does anyone know if this is the remastered version? Thanks for your help.
The #’s on the back of the disc should end in R2.

If it's missing the 2-disc set, then I'd say it's the remastered version. Also, I think you may be looking at the wrong numbers on the inner ring of the disc, the R1/R2 numbers can be difficult to see.

But, the best way to tell is to simply pop in the disk and watch, you should be able to tell the difference right away.

It took a little over three weeks to receive mine, but hopefully it won't take that long for you. It's definitely worth it either way.

You need to find the number that begins with "NA".

Add me to the list of those still waiting. I mailed mine on Aug. 2nd. With all of the updates of people announcing they finally got theirs, I kept hoping it was coming this week. Here's to hoping today is the day!

I just left her a voicemail with a detailed message. I'll wait and see what happens now.

Ok, she just called me back and said that all of the returns have been completed so that my disc was apparently lost in the mail. She said she was going to call Paramount directly to see if they could send me the replacement disc anyway. She also said that I was the first person to call her and log a lost disc. She was very friendly and seem surprised that I got her number.

So hopefully she'll find out what needs to happen for me to get my replacement disc.

That's the weird thing...there are no numbers that begin with "NA" I've looked all over the back of the disc under a strong light.

???

LOL... I wonder if anybody told her that her number would be sent out with every remastered disc in the exchange program.

I hope it all works out for you, man! The new remaster is nothing less than amazing.

FINALLY got mine this morning. Mailed mine at the end of July and I live in Illinois, so it took almost a month! Yikes...well I just watched Centurian yesterday so I think Gladiator seems appropriate this weekend!
