What Women Want

I remember watching it a long time ago when it first came out and I liked it. It still is a great movie. It's a question what I wonder about myself, what do women really want? This movie has a interesting aspect on it and what would a man do if he actually had the power to hear womens thoughts. Would he abuse it or use it for good. Mel Gibson did a great job, Helen Hunt did well but I can't stand looking at her butt ugly face. 4/5 out for me
Marisa Tomei and Lauren Holly make up for it, two of the hottest women in Hollywood, wonder why Holy doesn't seem to do anything these days.

Sarah Paulson isn't too bad either.

I woke up this morning with the music stuck in my head! Good ol' Ludwig Van...

The fashions and designs in the movie seem a bit too wild (perhaps even tacky), but it wouldn't surprise me if some of it comes true. I'm sure I've seen plenty of ladies with purple hair or bright red hair or something. They just need to wear it up.

As for the diaper things, I thought it was a great show of masculinity. I especially thought it was funny in the scene where Alex confronts Dim, and literally sticks it close to his face.

Oh I was cured.

I can agree the outfits were a little crazy. I liked that outfit Alex wore as he's walking around the mall. That was pretty interesting as well. The eyeball on cuff links was odd as well. The fake eyelashes as well.

Too bad the diapers didn't have protection for the masculinity

"Braveheart" is a favorite of mine, blood guts (...historical inaccuracy...) and all. It's powerful stuff.

Still haven't seen "Inception." Will likely blind-buy the BD.

I own both Braveheart and Gladiator. Maximus just does it for me. I can care less about William Wallace lol. No its a good movie just not as good as Gladiator IMO.

You're gonna love it!!

The "purple rinse" was very popular amongst older ladies back in the 70s and I'd always taken Alex's mum's appearance as a accentuation of that. There was a popular comedy show from around the same time, "Are You Being Served", in which one of the principal characters (Mrs Slocombe) had similarly garish hair.

It was, after all, the 70s. We had a lime green and purple bathroom.

Wow I had no idea the extended cut of Underworld was another 12 minutes longer, this is awesome. I thought there were parts missing from the normal release and I was right, I like it a lot better this way.

Still surprised at how hated this one is, I mean I don't even like car racing and I still love this movie.
We agree on something.

I dont know how free wheeling you are with your blind buy habits, so I politely seggest a rental first. 3/5 from me.

Incredible to think it's almost 40 years old now. I remember settling down with my folks to watch this when I was a young'un.

Where did the time go?

About 80% of my blu's were blind buys. I have a horrible habit but great retention rate though.
