If you look at the back of the box of the PS3 sold in HK and Taiwan, you'll see that the BD octagon sign is A and the DVD world sign is 3. The Japanese PS3 is A for BD and 2 for DVD. The Americas would be A for BD and 1 for DVD. fuad
