They are supposed to be spearheading the BD revolution, yet always seem to be a step behind, even with their flagship ES player. My PS3 has been put on the side due to the non-DTS audio upgrade. They have had a year to get this up and running. I went out and bought the Panny 30 about 3 weeks ago and honestly, may never buy another Sony product again. If the Pioneer wasn't $500 more I would have bought that instead, but I like to save some money. I have had a bad taste in my mouth about Sony lately. Before I started buying Elite receivers about 5 years ago, I owned nothing but Sony for about 15 years. Maybe I am just *****ing, but anyone else feel this way too? I just find it hard to believe that Sony cannot put out a player that has all the features people want.

Well said. That's why I sold my S300 for the Panny BD30. I've had my Onkyo 805 receiver since July and wanted the HD audio codecs. All I can say is the HD audio REALLY makes a difference over LPCM.
