That means 702,000 STAND ALONE Blu-Ray Players sold! (Edit: I guess I shouldnt sound so smug...I cant even do the math myself apparently!) As per the last HD-DVD press release, 750,000 total units sold - 160,000 Xbox add on drives = 590,000 STAND ALONE units sold! Moral of the story? Twisting numbers wont save a dying format! P.S. Instead of worrying if PS3s and Xbox add-ons "count", maybe someone should be looking at how many discs are being sold! Obviously some gamers also like to watch movies in HD...both blu and red!
