i remember at one point on AVforums the FUDsters were saying that the plan was to drop dvd and replae with hddvd, now i can see a small amount of logic in that as it gives the choice, but its a risky game with hddvd combos and the reliability that goes with it (except for diehard hddvd fans, who never have problems with either xbob360s or hddvdcombos or tosh units)

whatever happened to the BD/DVD combo that was demonstrated, did it pass away peacefully?
