Default New players coming

Sony plans on offering 2 new Blu-ray players for 2007. Most likely they will play CD’s. We should also see a second generation Pioneer 1.3 HDMI Blu-ray player sometime this year that most likely will play CD’s.

CD support should be a given. It's not like the technology is expensive or anything.

Agreed.

I don't know if this would have affect on the Pioneer Gen1 Blu-ray player as majority say it's not worth it.

Hopefully for their Gen2, Pioneer would at least put CD support along with HDMI 1.3 and the usual stuff.
