Default Top service

From an Australian's point of view, I have found them excellent to deal with. I've been using them for two years now and the service has been very good. The packaging on items sent to Australia is first-class. There has only been one time I haven't received an item and I notified them, and they sent another disc. They are sometimes cheaper on pricing than Amazon and that is when I do well, because their pricing on postage is only one pound 39, which is half that of Amazon.

I use both dvd.co.uk and Amazon.co.uk and have found them both good to deal with. It's always the lowest cost that determines which service I use. I can't agree with the comment "never trust the ones a lot cheaper". Lower pricing doesn't necessarily equate to poor product or inferior service.

The only minor criticism I have about dvd.co.uk is that they are a bit slack in sending out pre-order items. Their stock inventory department is poorly set up in keeping track of pre-orders and they tend to forget about them. I've had to cancel pre-orders on two occasions weeks after the items were released, and then buy the discs normally. It was no big deal. But apart from that, everything else has been great.

I woud have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
