I downloaded and saved the file....I then tried "burning" it to a disc.....

I'm stuck...only making data discs.....how do I use my "burn image" option of my CD burning software? I have no third party burning software...I'm running Vista 64 bit....and quite honestly don't really do alot of burning.........

CD Burning Notes:
Do not create a data disc. In order for the update disc to work, you must create it using the "Burn Image" option of your CD burning software. ....How?

Instead of downloading and saving the update should I just "run" the update on my PC and hopefully it will ask me where to put the files and I'll try and direct them to the CD-R in my drive?....little lost here.......
