Buy it together with Cars and you get $10 off. That comes out to about $38, which is less than $20 a movie. Not too shabby.

And I agree. This DVD + Digital Copy crap has to stop. They just add to the price of the product.

If I had any interest in buying Cars it might be a decent deal, but unfortunately I don't.

You will be spending an extra $18.50 buying it from Amazon.

But I have to go through so much trouble finding out if my store accepts it. I can go to Best Buy, but that means I have to take a special trip over there. It is so much trouble just to get to a store that accepts the damn coupon. Maybe I should just not buy it after all. Save myself even more money and trouble.

Then your Disney Pixar collection won't be complete.

In my neighborhood, Best Buy, Target, Walmart and Toys R Us have all accepted Disney coupons from me for years. NONE of them have ever batted an eye. I have never needed a manager to assist. I guess I am lucky.

Yes, but there are none close to where I live or where I work. Which means I have to make a special trip over there and I have to hurry up because their sale ends at the end of this weekend.

it's really hard to buy this - even with coupon - knowing the US pricetag is $10 cheaper than the Canadian. I really hope that I win that Blu-Ray contest that goes with this release.

Are a lot of people really that far away from a Best Buy, Target, or Walmart? I see so many complaints about the drives to such places here that always confuses me. I mean, sure, I live in the middle of downtown Austin, TX, a major metroplex, but still. Isn't Walmart as common as a Starbucks? I feel like the majority of the Blu-ray.com membership must live out in bum**** middle of nowhere Indiana, given the number of people on the forums who can't be troubled to drive to chain retailers.

Also, are people really not willing to pay $14.99 for this? Buy it at a retailer with the $10 coupon and it's less than $20, which seems to be the deal breaker price for everyone. I guess I've moved on from the golden age of 2009 where, yes, we could get Star Trek first day of release for less than 20, but still. Penny-pinching much? If any film is worth the price tag, it's a Goddamn Pixar film, and also, one of their best. /endrant

Yes, I live in NYC. There are no Walmarts in NYC and there are no Targets in Manhattan. And yes, there aren't many Best Buy's around here. I'll have to make a special trip there and I need to hurry up because BB always ends their sale once the weekend ends. Not to mention that some BB's require a consultation with the manager before the cashier is willing to accept the coupon. With all of this, I think I'd rather just pay the damn $10 and save myself all that trouble. If anything, I just won't eat for two days. With all that money I saved on food, I pretty much got The Incredibles for free.

Yeah, I am a tad nervous about that. Also on the DMR coupons it says that you can't use them with any other offers, so I don't know if I can use both the Incredibles AND Cars 2 ($18) coupons on top of the $10 off sale for buying both. Maybe I will just go to Target, use the $10 off Incredibles and be happy with that, not even a huge fan of Cars.

Hopefully bestbuy doesn't give me a hard time with the coupons. If they do I'll just tell them I will go spend my money at the target across the street

Or challenge them to show you in their policy where it says they don't take DMR coupons for sale items. They've never given me an issue, but it seems like so many people complain about the same thing. So it can't be bullshit. I've never used a manufacturer's coupon on anything that wasn't on sale. Also tell them to read the damn coupon. It clearly says they will be reimbursed, plus shipping. Sometimes I think the clerks you guys have to deal with just don't know any better. Why can't more collectors work at BB, so you don't have to deal with people who are clueless?
