I have the same receiver and was wondering if anyone else has to turn the volume up to 60 to really hear it? I have looked in the book, and I hooked up the mic and let the receiver do all the speaker tests for me. It just seems that I have to turn it up to 60 to really enjoy it, and I never had to do that on my old Sony. Now once I get it to that level it sounds great, espeically in Dolby HD. I know some people say that once they turn the volume up to 30 or so on theres that it is very loud. Just thought I would ask...

Thank you.. I will try that and see how it sounds. This is my first onyko and I didn't know that you have to turn them way up. Other than that it has been a very good reciever...
