...Lucas has ruined his "Star Wars" series in every which way, and I wouldn't take those if someone gave them to me for free. "Jurassic Park" was always a lame series in my opinion, even the first film just about bored me to death...and since I already have "Raiders" on DVD, I'm more than willing to wait for it to be released individually (or for a price-drop similar to that of what the "Back to the Future" trilogy recently had).

I pre-ordered the Star Wars saga with a 50% Barnes and Noble coupon. If it falls through, so be it.

I haven't even seen any of the Jurassic Parks and Raiders is the only Indy movie I really want.

That said, I could see breaking down and overpaying for Raiders at some point. I don't want to but...

Aside from LOTR…..Star Wars, Indy Jones, and Jurassic Park are essentials on bluray for me……even more so than Back to the Future.

Hopefully we get the original movie poster art....no, maybe the DVD set art....no! Most likely a photoshop debacle.
Seriously, I haven't heard about any BD art as there hasn't been an official announcement.

I’m hoping for the artwork that was on each individual movie case in the package that was released on dvd.

That would be nice, but it seems studios are in love with photoshop these days. I'll never understand why!

I wouldn't say that's just for me at all...there are several other members posting there, and on top of that, I do like sequels, it just so happens that none of them are of the "Star Wars," "Jurassic Park," or "Indiana Jones" series of films.

I saw the new Raiders transfer when it screened in LA. It was amazing. No one has ever seen the film looking this good before, possibly not even in 1981. It retained all the character of the period, but was bright, crisp and clear. The sound was full and absolutely deafening.

Fans are going to be thrilled if the rest of the series looks as good as Raiders did.

Then why waste time posting in, obviously, a pro-trilogy thread that you don't like them. Why not start a thread stating you'd like only Raiders as a single release, preferably prices at $9.99. Problem solved.

Edit: I thought Empire Strikes Back was a sequel...that was pretty good.

That people like the one I quoted now have a thread in which to post all their displeasure about not getting individual releases, of a trilogy, before the whole trilogy is released...like in the case of Jurassic Park. I'm not letting this post get no-sold. That sounds like fantastic news, especially with the image of Jurassic Park that popped up here yesterday!

I would love to be able to see this at the theater....hopefully it makes its way to the rest of the country. This is my #1 all-time favorite movie.
