I've never ordered anything from Amazon. Do they ship to Canada without charging to much for the shipping. I'd buy in bulk to save a few bucks. Also have to pay duty at border

You can order it from Amazon.ca instead. Sometimes they offer an "IMPORT" option meaning you can get the US edition instead. However, I haven't seen any for Blu-Ray yet. Meanwhile, Layer Cake is on pre-order for 27.93 on Amazon.ca.

They charge for shipping, but fulfill out of Mississauga, ON (for me). There is no taxes or duty!!

This is the future folks! Big titles like this will sell BIG in numbers that HD-DVD simply can't match. A million blu-ray owners out there... you have the choice of SD-DVD or BD?! The choice is obvious.

I wonder what the sales for PIRATES are going to be like when they start pre-orders?
